1. What products do you offer?

2. What sizes are available?
We stock a wide range of capacities—from small drums (10–20 gallons) up to large capacity (e.g. 55 gallons or more). If you need a nonstandard size, we can also source or manufacture to specification.
3. Are your drums suitable for food, chemicals, or hazardous materials?
Yes. We offer drums that are food-grade, chemical resistant, or UN-rated (for shipping hazardous goods) depending on the model. Be sure to check the product specs or contact us, and indicate what you intend to store/transport so we can recommend the correct category.
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product type and current stock levels. For many standard drums we can accommodate relatively small orders; for special or custom drums, the MOQ may be higher. Please contact us with the specific product you want for a precise MOQ.

Submit your PO or purchase request via email, phone, or through our site (if we support e-commerce).
We’ll confirm availability, lead time, freight cost, and schedule delivery.
After confirmation and payment terms, we ship the goods to you.
8. What are your lead times and delivery options?
Lead times vary by product and quantity. For stock items, we typically ship within X–Y business days (you’ll want to fill in your standard). For custom or made-to-order drums, lead time may be longer. We work with freight carriers (local & international) and can coordinate delivery to your location.
9. What are your shipping costs and policies?
Shipping cost is determined by your order size, destination, and required freight service. We offer FOB terms, door delivery options, or freight collect/third-party arrangements. We’ll provide you with a shipping quote before finalizing your order.
10. What is your return / exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions (e.g. damage, defect, wrong specification). Products must be in unused condition and returned within a specified time window (e.g. 14 or 30 days). Return freight may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is ours. 11. Are there discounts for bulk / volume purchases?

12. How do I know which drum or barrel type to choose?
When selecting a drum, consider:
Material compatibility with your contents (corrosiveness, chemical resistance, food safety)
Required capacity
Whether you need open head (removable lid) or tight head (fixed top)
Whether the drum must meet UN / DOT / regulatory ratings
Durability, stacking, handling, and transportation constraints

13. Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We support international shipments. However, international logistics include customs, import duties, documentation, and additional freight considerations, which will affect cost and delivery time. We’ll provide you with all necessary paperwork and logistics support.
